We're leafing on a jet plant, embarking on six, really hard, tough, stressful weeks of adventuring. So, if you're sitting at your office, or on your phone (maybe on the loo) ...or even in the DMV, let this site be a reminder that...it could be worse... you could be river rafting, surfing, big chillin' with those monos locos, or even eating crocodile. HELLO FRIENDS!!

 :) We are on our way!!! Thank you to all of our family and friends for putting up with our pre-trip hustle and anxiety:) We will definitely miss you all and think about you often.

We are in Fort Lauderdale, Florida!! Ok first lesson of the trip...NEVER EVER FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES.. unless you are under 4 feet tall and/or 5 years old and small for your age. We spent 4 hours in the back of a scAIR bus...literally the back row. I sat between Grant and another guy who was also 6 foot 1 million. They both had their legs in all different directions... giving me a world of options.

The flight did not cramp our style though! We are super excited to be on our way (I still don't think that its hit us yet). Grant definitely looks handsome with his new hair cut and I have become comfortable with the fact that I will be wearing hiking shoes, all day, every day.

    Wait, how does Grant's new haircut look like? short hair...?
    (btw, the back row is statistically the safest (says my dad) in case of accident, and even more scarce, of people surviving it. Just to start setting a dramatic mood on this trip).

    That last comment was Dad's. He commented on the wrong post, he was referring to the breakfast story. But dont worry, I will teach him. he'll get it. He told me he wants your blog to pop up FIRST THING on his screen when he gets in to the office in the morning. Lol first order of business!!
